並非有啥玻璃天花板，本質上就是女性對這件事興趣不大，
不過，比較有趣的是，

嗯...或許這個領域的參與者都是對該類型音樂有相當的熱情，女性Rocker確實比較少，但pop應該很多吧？

我常覺得女性對聲音遠比男性敏感（或許因此對音響沒啥興趣，多半都太爛了...），由女性來製作音樂應該有不同成果吧...
